"West Tree Service was A+++ I don't know trees or tree companies, but here is what I know: Their price was great based on multiple quotes, they were very well equipped with what appeared to be well-maintained equipment, showed obvious skill and care on an absolution's monster of a tree up close to our house in what could have easily damaged the house if not done right, were very professional, respectful and communicative about what they were doing, and seem to really it have it together. As an added bonus, they put my chimney cap on for me no charge. Can't recommend them more."
"100% Recommended. We needed to get 2 very large Hackleberry trees removed in Gallatin TN. One was leaning over our fence towards our neighbors house and over some expensive landscaping/fence.We called several companies to come out and bid the project. West Tree Service and the most reasonable. We live in an expensive neighborhood and some companies try to come in and charge crazy rates. West Tree was quick to come out and fair in the their pricing. The work was done right on schedule and they cleaned up after themselves.Will definitely use them again for any Tree or Stump removal."
Very polite, respectful. Went beyond what I was expecting. Did more than other 2 estimates offered at less cost than both other estimates. Overall just extremely pleased. I witnessed a very kind act of generosity that was not required but certainly made an impact on my heart. Good bunch of guys.
I highly recommend West Tree Service. They came out to our property to take care of a large tree that fell during a wind storm. The tree was in our fenced in back yard and the crew did a great job removing the tree without damaging anything. We will have them out again to take down the last tree next to our house.
